Exchange Policy:
At Wish, we want you to feel confident in every piece you own. If you need a different size or color, simply submit your request by filling in the exchange form with your order details. Our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth process.

Return & Refund Policy:
If you wish to return an item, submit your request along with your order number and product details. Please note:

  • Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Keep your receipt and take a photo of the item before shipping.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method.
