How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status in your account under “My Orders.”

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update your address. 

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Contact our support team with photos of the damaged package, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are there shipping fees for returns or exchanges?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
